Global Tel-Link is ripping off consumers by exploiting the inmates incarcerated and taking advantage of innocent people on the outside by charging outrages rates for collect calls. These rates are higher than 900 number rates and you can call China and Japan cheaper than what these scam-artists charge.

They are the only option some have for talking to their loved ones in prison yet they do NOT work with you. Whenever you call, no matter what time of the day or the week you can not get a live person without having to wait for two hours for a call back. Then they still don't help you. I paid $50 so I could talk to my husband. They put the money in the wrong place and I can not get them to move...
