This is probably one of the worst if not THE worst company to deal with. I moved into my apartment in the beginning of the month and I'm still struggling to get in touch with them. Apparently, Carlos the owner is a ghost and unreachable all the time, sometimes I get to talk to Edwin but it's been days since and nothing has been done about the issues I'm having. If your HOA can avoid this...
