I am very disappointed in my experience with Glen'sTV. First let me start off by saying I had to call them almost every time I was in contact with them. I brought in a projector on December 31st. After a week, I called because I hadn't heard from them. They told me it needed a part they weren't able to find. Within a few minutes of looking on eBay I found the part and called them back to tell them. They then called me back later that day to tell me I needed to purchase the part on eBay myself so that they would not have to worry about eBay issues of refunds if it wasn't the right...

Nice to see the owner gave his store a 5 Star Rating. When I called about getting a power board resoldered from a Pioneer television I was told that they have done alot of Pioneer tv work. I thought "Ok that means they're familiar with the set and the problem". As it turns out resoldering that board wasn't that hard of a job and apparently wouldn't pay enough either.
