The cafe has burned down, but they are building a new one. I stayed at the Motel and got some food at the Muddy River Bar & Grill which is less than a mile away.
I'll be back!!!

While this cafe is going to be rebuilt there is a convenience store,motel & gas station (it also has diesel & propane). Nearby is the Muddy River Bar & Grill Restaurant and a few miles away there is a great little RV park called Palm Creek. This area has lots of places to ride 4-wheelers, horses, go hiking & look at petroglyphs. We enjoyed the quiet and convenience of the area and will...

Surrounded by wilderness on all sides, this is a terrific place for breakfast & lunch (or if need be dinner), especially if you don't want to wait for (or eat in) Vegas or Mesquite. Great choice of simple but well-prepared, often home-made food; nice people; lots of choice, from basic Americana to Mexican food.
