Awful Doctors a good match for incompetent employees
The doctors don't know what they're doing, and the service is even worse. If you get blood work or any test done don't expect them to call you with your results. Ever. You can't call them, either, you'll go straight to voice mail, and nobody will ever call you back. The only way to get your results is to actually go there and wait for an hour or two just to find out.
You will never step into the office and spend less than 1.5 hours there, even if you are just picking something up.
Yeretzian advised me to stop breastfeeding my son at 8 months because "breast milk isn't good for the baby after six months."
Recently Yeo wrote a script for blood work for me that was supposed to be two consecutive tests, two days apart, except she wrote on the script "two weeks apart." Now I'm trying to get it fixed but I suppose I will need to go back there since I can't get through to anyone.

Incompetence combined with an aggressively bad attitude.
3 calls needed (to a machine), before you receive a call back.
The custom response is - "You will have to wait 10 days for that" even when the same phrase was used 5 weeks earlier.
A 4 fax minimum required from your pharmacy to renew prescriptions.
When you are pushed to sending a request in writing, do not request a signature. No-one will take the responsibility and your letter will be returned.
Highly recommended if you are doing a case study of appalling office systems.
