Very poor service. Been three weeks and still not fixed. Told time and time again that it would be done and it is still not done.

I now know why they don't answer their phones or return calls... because they have no plans on repairing anything.
Once they come to your home, they say they can't do anything right now but will be back.. then they don't return nor can you get a hold of them on the phone... good luck to any who can.

This is my experience,
In my conversation with the woman answering the phones, I told her my unit works for two hours then it just blows warm air, she scheduled my appointment for four days later at eight in the morning and did not bother to tell me to turn on the unit two hours before the service man's appointment. So of course the unit was working and he said to call back when it's not...
