Went to GlassPro in downtown Little Rock on 12-24-08. Was amazed they were even opened. I was following a truck and a metal piece flew off and smashed my winshield. Had to have it done then. Drove up and the people in the office Robert and Judy really knew what they were doing. They had my insurance stuff taken care of in like 3 minutes and the guys had my winshield done in about 30 minutes.... more

I love the service I got from them. Everyone was so attentive and I was able to save my insurance money (they 're the ones paying for my windshield replacement) I was able to stay home and do my chores because they offer mobile jobs as well. Very content with service.

I went to glass pro in hot springs, The tech wrecked my car causing 1400. damage. they promised to pay for the damage and its been 2months and Im still waiting!!! beware before you go!!!!!!!
