I just expected so much more for a fabulous Boston spa. A bit disappointed. Couldn't even compete with the Robert Andrews Dayspa in my own backyard of Crofton, MD. Even the locker room couldn't have been any bigger than 10x10 feet, with only 2 showers! What spa only has 2 showers! I won't go back, that is for sure. Mostly because what you pay doesn't reflect what you get.

When making an appointment at Giuliano, leave all valuables at home. I had an incident where the staff actually went through my locker and after paying $150 for my massage, I was then missing $30 in cash from my wallet. I contacted the "high end spa" and NEVER received a call back from the manager. NO Best of Boston Reviews here!!! By the way...the massage wasn't worth the money that I paid -... more
