Unlike any experience I have ever had - owner told me to stop abusing his employee's time after just 15 minutes of browsing. My son had only tried one pair of shoes. Twilight zone.

Extremely rude and unprofessional employee - better to drive to the other Gino's in Dallas. The shoes are also quite expensive - the least one could expect is good customer service.

Great shoe store for adults and kids. Very knowledgable and helpful. Can help hard to fit shoe sizes get the right shoe.
