HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I rented a carnival canopy that would serve as the center of my event and the canopy was rusty and broken. I called the store at that time and waiting 25 minutes to speak to the manager. She asked me to take a picture and send it to them, which I did. When I returned the canopy to them, the manager said it didn't leave broken and she wasn't saying I broke it but I...
