Dr. Benson is rude and inconsiderate. He delivered me and was rude to hospital staff which made me very uncomfortable. Dr. Katz spent a total of 3-5 minutes with me before deciding I needed surgery. He didn't even examine the injury before dimissing me. When I came in for a follow-up appointment (at my insistence) to ask questions about the surgery, recovery time, risks (all things we should have covered in that first appointment), he was rude and angry at our "wasting his time."
