I cant speak to the specifics of this reviewers concerns, because of the anonymous nature of online reviews. I can tell you that we make every effort to gather and verify insurance benefits for all patients before they arrive at our office. This allows in 99.9% of cases our patients to know what to expect before their appointment. I have the privilege to work with the nicest and most capable staff in the area. I personally would like to know and correct any situation that does not end with a patient recommending our office to their family and friends. I have a major concern with the details of Guest12970s review because over the last 10 years GEC has never dropped any insurance plan and have added over 40 new plans. We have been a family owned company for over 38 years and we really do value our patients and we will make every effort to correct errors if they happen.
