Proximity to ultimate destination.\n\nNo wifi (advertised), tub was filthy, and sheets were stained.\n\n50's vintage motel with separate doors to parking lot. Unfortunately, maintenance is very weak. Upgrades, if at all, are at minimum 20 years old. It's a room and we needed one during a time of occupancy shortage in nearby Champaign (our destination).

Nothing\n\nRoom, TV, shower, sink, bed, door, lock.\n\nWould never stay there again at any price. Advertised free wi-fi and took it based on that only to be rudely told that I could go to the McDonald's in town and use their internet service. Everyhting dirty and OLD, not safe either.

last minute place to sleep and nothing more

I would only recommend you stay here if you don't have a tent to camp in. we stayed on a last minute whim because my kids were crabby and tired. NEVER AGAIN! smelled mold/mildew all night, had to choose between the fridge and air conditioning, no towels, tiny restroom, spider in the bed!!! GEEZ
