Business Description from the Web
This place is great for a late-night fix downtown (it's open till midnight on Friday and Saturday), but don't go out of your way. The ice cream is unmemorable and the soda-fountain treats are merely adequate. During the day the store fills with tiny tourists clutching red bags from American Girl Place.
Very rare antiques... Very educated staff with outstanding service.

Ghirardelli's is the place to go if you have a sweet tooth. Inside is a soda fountain with many ice cream treats on the menu. The chocolate is out of this world and comes in many varieties.
ghiradelli's is such a fun place to go to for ice cream, sodas, chocolates, and many other kinds of delicious treats! it is located at a prime downtown chicago people-watching spot. the shop looks like an old-fashioned ice cream parlor and the desserts are pretty tasty! ghiradelli's is definitely a touristy spot, but as a resident of chicago, i enjoyed an occasional trip downtown for their...
