The tech did not thoroughly trouble shoot the problem. He replaced the capacitor and thought the problem was resolved. This cost me $152. A week later, the same problem returned. I hired a different company and tech was able to locate the problem quickly. It turned out to be a loose common wire at the terminal screw on the PC board. That repair costed me $60. Needless to say I'm not happy.
