I would give 0 stars if I could. They cashed my deposit check 4 months before they did the work and then gave me an incredibly hard time when the balance was due! The workers hurried the job and they moved for formica that was the previous countertop and damaged it in several areas. I explained to them I had a financial hardship and wanted to pay the balance in 3 separate payments and they would not accept. They threatened to have me arrested and called ME a thief. They have absolutely NO IDEA how to deal with a customer, that is for sure!

great business, great quality, amazing customer service, they helped me save about two hundred dollars on a set of steps that came out absolutely beautiful (they worked with me to make my order cheaper where other companies probably would try to rip me off) and to top it all off I had a flawless same week (2 days later) delivery/installation...all my friends that come over ask where I got the...

I would never recommend using Getty Granite. Their customer service was awful! It took four trips to our house, they installed incorrectly and they didn't do ANYTHING to rectify the problem, don't use them.
