I was rear ended and needed to have body damage repaired. The other person's insurance company arranged everything, but Gerber was very responsive, they accommodated my schedule, the repairs look great, and they even buffed up a little "boo boo", complimentary, that was unrelated to the repair! I would go to them again if needed

Not really recommended. They are equipped to do bare minimum repairs to appease insurance companies after a wreck if that's what you are looking for. I believe they actually damaged my car due to carelessness but can not prove it. They also lost a book in my car I needed. I just had a bad experience I can see how others would have a better experience though

New update...I got a call 18 days ago from Gerber...they were sorry for their multiple failures and we're going to make it up by sending me a $25 gas card. Even though the hours wasted cost me more. They never did it. So yeah, the screw ups and not doing things right continues. Why call me and not do it. …
