I have never had such a horrible experience trying to rent an apt. I know that apt. managers get commission for apt. they rent, and I do not feel that I should have to run behind Mrs. Maribel Torres, apt. mang. for an apt. My daughter went to Georgetown Place Apt about 2 weeks ago looking for an apt. for me. Mrs. Maribel told my daughter that she had a apt. avail. to move in ASAP. My daughter asked Maribel was it 1st fl. or 2nd because I (mom) am disabled and can not go up and downstairs. She said that she would have something available on the 1st fl. as of the 15th. horrible management, they appear to "lose" paper work only to "find" it again after a confrontation, upon signing the lease agreement i had to resign and fill out forms that were already filled...
