Went to pick up my lawn mower from George's for routine maintance (we took it in because it wasn't running right at the end of the year). When I got the mower home it still didn't start up properly. When I called I got the owner whom said they were told to do the routine maintaince and that they wouldn't have done any more because people haven't paid in the past. My question is if something...
