In Short For seafood on a budget, look no further. Shrimp po'boys and tangy hamburgers are the staples of George's, all offered at a cheap price. I know at Georges you can dine in, but when I was working near there my coworkers and I would order to go plates from Georges and they were excellent. The to go boxes are large portion and it is very comperable to the prices. Try out everything they offer I know you will be pleased.

Cheap and yummy food, good price on drinks

George's defines casual eating. After placing an order at the front, you can sit at the bar and have a drink while you wait for your food. All of their food though is fresh, tasty, and cheap. It's a cool bar for drinking but gets sooo crowded on the weekends and especially game nights

Pros

+ Reasonably priced food that's so good

Cons

- A little crowded sometimes

The best!

I'm an out of towner, and have actually flown George's back for my husband, who is from BR. We love it, and never miss an opportunity to grab a couple of po-boys, fried cheese, and fried mushrooms. It is tiny, eclectic, and just a cool local place with good food for a great price.
