For the libertyville location-- took my kids here to get new bikes but quickly realized these guys aren't interested in talking to you unless you're an expert biker. Front door should read novices...

We bought our bikes last summer in libertyville. They Solent a lot of time making sure we had the right bikes for our size, and for our use. They were knowledgeable and fave great advice. We just brought them in a year later for a maintenance check, they couldn't have been nicer.

While we have not brought our bikes to the Northbrook store, we have taken our bikes to Libertyville - with very mixed results. Our most recent visit was so disappointing, we probably will not return. Our "tuned-up" bikes were still dirty when we picked them up. We were told that bikes were only cleaned if the very, very most expensive tune-up was purchased. We did not choose that...
