There Prices are way too high, And you would think that there techs would make lots of money. There supposed to be paid a percentage of the invoice. But by the time they charge the tech all the stuff they charge. they end up making probably 8-10 percent at the most for each invoice. depending on the materials. They mark up the material sometimes 8 times of what it cost at the store. the...

These guys are the same everywhere you look. Yes they are only quoting from the book prices they have, but it's WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. They came to my mom's on Saturday to replace simple 2 faucet valves in the laundry washing machine (I'd have done it myself but I was out of town). The guy gave her some vague explanation of how difficult the job might be. Voila ...30 mins later & $588 in charges...
