The guy came out and spent almost 2 hours at $100 per hour. Not only wasn't the problem corrected they wanted more money to see if they could try to fix it. The owner McEllery or something like that said he would split the difference. Really ! on something that wasn't fixed the first time. No thanks.
Our Previous IT Support Company had changed hands and the new owners were not able to provide us with the level of service our firm had been accustomed to. However, The Genusys Group has, in the last two years, far surpassed our expectations with their level of service abd expertise in IT Support Services. Their technicians have resolved all prior problems we were having and have successfully improved our computer network.
The support and follow-ups that Genusys has and does provide after we got our new office off the ground is excellent and I will and have recommended them to anyone in the market for computer services.
