I strongly recommend Gentle Dental in Somerville such professionalism all the way around service one requires is awesome. I sincerely mean that I'm not a dental person, but this particular place really are concerned about the patients from the beginning to the end.

I was always terrified to go the dentist, but with Dr. Fessler as my dentist I'm not. He is the most gentle dentist I've ever had and he has the best bedside manner.

I am terrified of the dentist period point blank. I saw Dr. Fessler this morning, he was kind, gentle and professional. I did phone yesterday to make sure this office or Dr. Fessler was in my insurance network I was told yes, when that was not the case, and I didn't find that out until after the procedure, minus this snafu, his admin and hygienist were all very friendly, and kind.
