Terrible
This is the worst dental office ever, they can't even keep an appointment and do not have the courtesy to call and let a person know. They did call to confirm my appointment the day before, but when I showed up, they seemed so confused as to why I was there. The receptionist claimed that their office manager called to cancel, but that never happened. Nor did they apologize for causing me to lose work. I decided to give them another chance, so I rescheduled. I have been a customer there for over five years, and they always call to confirm. However, this time they didn't, so I didn't show up after what had happened previously. I called and got a recording, no live person. Then I get a very rude call from Leticia, who insisted that they did call to confirm, I am near my phone 24/7 and had no missed call or message. She refused to allow me to talk to the office manager, but claimed he would call back, and hung up on me abruptly. It has been a week and no call. I called again, and Leticia claims the office manager is too busy to call me back..... Seems like they need new office staff who can handle the work load. No one needs this kind of "service," be smart and choose a different dental provider...
