I have had experience with several of Home Health Aides working for gemtle Care and they all have been excellent. From my experience they are reliable and trustworthy. However, the agency does not appear to be very well organized to handle exceptions. When my aunt needed someone to take care of her after she was in a car accident I called Gentle Care and they found a home health aide close to my aunt's home who was able to take care of my aunt on a daily basis.
