The people are very friendly... They have everything you need for your transformation and goal.. The zumba is a great excercise and cardio.. All the classes are excellent..

I have been a member sense April. Was told it was in the middle of a remodel. Well not one thing has changed in nearly 5 months. Very friendly, dedicated staff, plus not every gym around here offers the rotating Stepclimber and hallway-like floorspace just for lunges! :)
