nicest person you will ever want to meet. The best buys on carpet and flooring.I have bought carpet from her company two other times and always been better quality and better priceing.

Just pay more for your carpet and skip the LONG WAIT, no follow up call, no call on status of carpet, etc.

On the plus side - she was very kind, brought several samples etc......

However, once order was placed I waited, and waited and waited......then I had to contact her for information......the waited and waited and waited again (I'm talking weeks) then I contacted her again......and now I'm waiting and shopping around - starting the process over with someone else!
