I did read the reviews below, but still chanced it. The customer service is superb, all the staff knew exactly what was wrong. The repair was completed same day . Very good experience, I highly recommend.

Unlike other reviews, my experience wasn't all that horrible... However I do feel I overpaid a bit. My bissel vacuum was repaired just fine, I did pay $39 for something I believe could have been fixed for 10 bucks... In the end I have mixed feeling about going back

Brought my bissell vacuum in to General Vacuum, the gentleman waiting on me was very impatient and I thought rude. The store was messy and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vacuum there. Nothing personal, but I would not recommend this place.... more
