1. Called for an estimate, they wouldn't give me any instructions over the phone, said they can't say anything until a technician comes in. Technician arrived, said he can't diagnose anything because the fridge was unplugged. I said, "how come I wasn't told on the phone to keep it plugged in". My wife found General Appliance Repair Incorporated on line. Our refrigerator was spoiling food. I contacted the customer service representative to inquire about service and company references. I asked and the customer service representative told me that they were not part of a business review group. The rep told me his company did not feel the rating system with the review group were not fair...
