You know being a Rhode Islander all my life I am used to GOOD food, alot of people refer to Venda when talking about ravioli, well Gem Ravioli's ravs are ABSOLUTELY the best in the state! It is so funny when I ask around everyone I know loves them more too! So why go anywhere but there, no lines no hoopla, no tourists, just fantastic ravioli.
I can't say anything about the products but I can tell you that this company is substandard as far as business conduct is concerned.
I own a rental store in Warwick RI. Gem Ravioli of Johnston RI rented a pallet jack form us for a 4 hour rental on 06/28/2011. They were due to return the pallet jack the same day but they did not return it on time. We called and left a reminder message on the 30th and then another on the 5th of July, the 6th of July and again on the 7th of July. Not one of our calls was returned and neither was the pallet jack. This company rented a pallet jack from my rental store and did not return it until we threatened to report it stolen. There are additional rental charges due because the pallet jack was only originally supposed to be rented for four hours but was out for over a week.They will not return phone calls and are making no attempt to settle their debt with my company.Beware of these deadbeats!!!
