Help us make it rightI learned from personal experience that this guy thinks customers are stupid. He does things according to procedure, but: installs free programs he wouldn't use himself; installs a toolbar that triggers the anti-spyware app, so he disables the anti-spyware, leaving you to get infected again (and come back); doesn't know electronics as well as he implies; harasses female employees; wastes time getting sex around town instead of fixing machines; replaces parts that aren't bad; backs up personal pics and goes through them in private (kind of a perv); treats employees like c@!p, so there are always new assistants. I worked for the idiot and know all his stupid tricks, then quit because I couldn't watch people be treated that way or be mistreated myself. SEEK AT YOUR OWN RISK!
