I talked to Phil over the phone and wanted to get some information on upgrading my 2 in 1 laptop with a bigger SSD and a better wifi card. He wanted to do some research on it and follow up with me. When he did he exceeded my expectations and had all the necessary info for me to get this completed. I will get the upgrades completed through this company. Phil gave me the time of day unlike some other computer repair companies in the Monmouth Co area that were telling me the work couldn't be done because it was a 2 in 1 laptop. I highly recommend going to Geeks That Rock.
It's nice to find a company that still believes in taking the time to do the job right. I had a compound problem of a nasty computer virus coupled with a wonky external hard drive. Phil spent a lot of time saving as much as could be saved from the external hard drive, got my regular hard drive running faster than it has in years, and replaced the wonky external drive. Spent a lot of time setting stuff back up at the house, too. A lot of guys wouldn't have even bothered to touch it, and would have recommended buying a new computer. Very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend him.
I emailed Geeks that Rock regarding issues I'm having with Mac OSX and Adobe Premiere Pro CS5. Phil Proctor called me back right away.... Phil explained that I can save time and expense by trying to recreate my issue before he steps in to make a fix. There was no invoicing, no contract...just a friendly phone call to qualify my computer issue. Thank you Phil!
Friendly service - I would recommend to a friend and already have to my colleague! I needed my Outlook fixed urgently, and I was seen within a few hours of calling which was a massive relief after calling a few other companies and being told the earliest I could be seen was later on in the week. The price matched the quote exactly, and my outlook is functioning perfectly again.
