At one point or another we all need computer repair help and I am no different. I found myself in need at the worst possible moment. In the middle night, when everything is closed and the night before a report is due. I called Geek Squad online support for help and was charged for the $199 virus removal service. Recently I took my fairly new laptop to Geek Squad to have a nasty virus removed and was entirely displeased with the service I'd recieved.

Like I said, my laptop was fairly new, in great condition with no previous problems.
I let my teenage son use it for a ""homework assignment"" which somehow ended up with this horrible bug.
Anyways, I took it to Geek Squad simply because I'd heard of them, they're a big company and appeared to be reptuable.
