I recently brought my computer down to Best Buy to have geek squad check out to see what was wrong with it. The main guy there did not seem very knowledgeable about computers which is why I wanted to bring my computer to an expert in the first place, they ended up charging me allot of money for not completely resolving my issue in the first place!!

I guess Best Buy is ok if you want to buy a cd or something. But, I wouldn't buy any computer stuff there. Not after the poor service I experienced. They're grouchy and really don't care about the customer or how long you have to wait.
