I was not able to get on the internet Tuesday morning, and after several frustrating hours on the phone with a Qwest technical assistant she finally thought to ask if we had any bad weather recently (we had a thunderstorm Monday night) and suggested I replace the modem. I got a replacement at the Qwest store, but with the same result. Another session with Qwest, and they still could not...
