We have been living here for over a year now. The management tries its best to keep the rents affordable. However, the fixtures are older and dated. The Gazebo Apartments are nothing fancy, but they are nice. I have lived here for just over a year, and I have very few complaints. The maintenance men are very nice and usually take care of any issues pretty fast. The apartments are quite, I never hear my neighbors. The rent for a 2 bedroom is highly affordable if split between two people (with utilities is cost me about $400/month on...

I have lived here for the past year and have had no problems. I am a girl and lived by myself and felt pretty safe. The main manager Diane is very helpful and understanding. The maintenance was also very friendly and prompt in fixing things. The grounds and pool are kept clean and the rent is pretty cheap. I 've been leaving in this apartments for past 2 years(2006-2008). Pros: - Near school (within a mile) - Good and helpful management (available on a x-mass night) - Nice swimming pool - Decent size - On site laundry room - Nice, neat, safe neighborhood - Wide parking lot Cons: - Stray cats (Too many) - insects and bugs - Anybody can park , sometimes its very hard to find parking spot.

I'm moving out of here but I can't say that I didn't enjoy it here. Maintenance, while not always the most polite, got here quick for me every time and hasn't had to fix the same problem twice. Management is great, the ladies that run the office are very polite but great at being stern when they have to so that's always good to see. The apartments themselves are easy to live in too.
