Gavis Restaurant is within walking distance of the Jefferson Count courthouse. Its menu consists of steaks, barbecue, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, soups and pies. It has catering and delivery options for nearby business meetings with a $10 minimum for car deliveries. Its a little diner with only a few tables in it, but it is a home-styled restaurant with American and Russian food.

We eat at Gavi's from time to time as it is only 2 blocks from our downtown office. Their food has always been OK and never disappointed, but is not something to brag about. Their prices are (at the time of this review) very, very low, you can get a whole breakfast meal for about $4 or less.
