I have never had a bad experience with Gateway, but I've never been overly impressed either. Prices are in line with other cleaners and they have your clothes ready when they say they will, but they don't go out of their way to take care of you. Service is adequate. Had a hem come loose in one of my pant legs and they didn't repair it or flag it but they pressed it down so one leg was longer... more

The service and staff is excellent. There quality is impeccable. Reliablity is tremendous. Not your typical Drycleanining place. From the decor to the staff, owners and services offered this is thee best place. We are not generally reviewers but had to let everyone in on this place. Owners there a lot and there staff is very friendly. Very exceptional.
