I actually have had no personal contact or relationship with Dr. Dotherow after the colonoscopy. Most of my experience is with his nurse, Mary. When I call for her, the response time is usually within one day and she relays my message to Dr Dotherow and returns my call with instructions within a reasonable time in most cases. I feel comfortable that she understands and is very sympathetic...
