The installers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We felt they were competent and thorough. There was one small problem, however. The interior light socket and light bulb are not working and this has yet to be remedied. Technician was informative and efficient as well as keeping a clean and tidy work area. He determined that a spider had gotten into a pipe and clogged it. He recommended way to prevent future episodes.

However, since his visit, the remote has ceased activating the pilot light and flame. I am able to ignite the pilot and activate the flame manually.

The technician was informative and efficient as well as friendly. He maintained a clean and tidy work space. He informed me a spider had clogged an inlet pipe and told me how to prevent future such episodes.

Since his visit,t he pilot has ceased to ignite remotely. I am able to ignite the pilot and start the flame manually.

Can't sat enough about Ron and his son Travis with Gas Pro. From start to finish everything was perfect. I love my new fireplace. They did an excellent job, took the time to lay down canvas tarps on my new floors while they were working. Came on a Saturday to install which a lot of companies would have pushed the job to the following week. Travis thanks so much for keeping the lil' doggie happy...
