I called to see if they had something in stock; they said they'd call back but didn't. I called back and asked nicely about the item; they hung up on me.

Terrible can not fix anything>

Very unprofessional. They were very slow to arrive I had to call 4 times. The technician showed up and talked to my home warranty company and after they talked he left. The owner called me and said they could get replacement parts for a GE GTUP270EMWW washer dryer combo. I googled it and found parts for this unit. I'm going back to set up an appointment with a real repair service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guy does not even deserve a one star rating. He has no customer service skills and deals with below subpar property managers. He is not the least bit concerned about customer satisfaction because his appliances are priced more affordable than most. Be prepared to have all the cleaning products you'll need to de-grease and sanitize them because most of the appliances look like they come...
