Gary has extensive knowledge of the short sale process and how to deal with the banks. His professionalism is incredible. I trusted Gary in every step of of the process and I’m very happy with the end results. I truly believe that my house sale wouldn’t have happened without Gary.

Gary is very knowledgeable and had the answers to all my questions..my property was listed and under contract in 4 weeks. Gary kept in constant contact keeping me informed of where we were during the entire process.he is a great realtor and I would highly recommend Gary!

Professionalism personified. Gary is detail oriented person who is way out the in front of what needs to be done to sell a home in this challenging market. We listed our home in January this year and had an offer for our asking price within a month. We closed 60 days later. I highly recommend Gary Kraft.
