Once was very good. I have been going here for many years, but now I have given up on it. Used to be one of my favorite places but over the last few years the place has really slipped. The portions have shrunk, the quality has vanished and the bakery one fourth the size it used to be. Sad to see this Omaha icon of a restaurant slip so much.

This place is gross, the good is not fresh and the staff knows it. I ordered a Italian soup and it was too salty and so I had to send it back. She than brought out a salad that was not presentable, I bit into a raw mushroom that was frozen. I couldn't eat the salad, and so they had to take it away. My husband also ordered a salad and ate only half because it really wasn't that appetizing. So...
