I asked for spicy. The highest level. It had zero spice. In fact it was bland. I could barely eat it. I won't be ordering from here again. Too bad.

City Thai you are not a 4 star restaurant you are a 5 star restaurant! I got my food 15 minutes early. The delivery man was awesome greeted me by name and the food is perfect. I ordered Tom Yum soup and Papaya salad medium spicy both perfect. Pumpkin Tempura so good! Thank you City Thai!

Great food, nice service, specials, quick lunch combos, plus beer and wine. Easy location near main roads.

This place is just alright. Having moved from Seattle where amazing Thai food is plentiful, we are struggling to find anything even close to comparable here. The service here is friendly and the food is good and close to home.

Ordered take out and was able to quickly grab and go. The food was ok nothing special compared to other similar restaurants in Portland.
