My first trip into this store I wasn't impressed. However, I came in yesterday on my way home to purchase an ice chest for my husband. The young guy who was working at customer service was very helpful and also carried the big ice chest to my car for me. Very courteous and very helpful. You need more people like this in your store. The gun department has people who know very little about what they sell. The prices are over many of the local dealers. The one young man who knew his guns was laid off.
