Great location, terrable service. Went there on a Sunday only one restaurant out of 4 open. No lounge open. Told at the restaurant no place in town to get a glass of wine on a Sunday. Not true, walked up the hill a little way to the Hyatt went to their lounge for drinks. Said room service until 12:00 tried at 11: no room service. Public areas not clean. Won't go back

We stayed here for one night, check-in was very smooth, staff was attentive. This hotel is in a very easy downtown location if you are driving into Louisville. It was within walking distance to restaraunts & entertainment ... more
