Don't let the "water fountain out front" atmosphere fool you for a second. I was involved in a minor accident when someone rear-ended me. Since he was responsible for the accident, his insurance covered the repairs and I had to pick from a list of places. I had heard of G and C before so I thought I'd try it.
I have to say the customer service is nice and they have a nice waiting area. That is about where the positive experience stops.
