I would warn anyone away from building a home with this business. I was warned by another very unhappy customer who had their home built by Future Homes in 2007. They listed numerous construction defects, poor communication, overpriced materials, shoddy workmanship. I chose to build my home, now with regret, with them. They completed my home, and the ""punch"" list was unbelievably long. I actually had to threaten a lawsuit to get things completed that Brent all of a sudden became ""unavailable"" for, and argued with me about. They did not paint my walls, paint my trim, stain my railings,...

Brent and Keith were very helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking to go modular with a home in 2012, they have a lot of plans to choose from and were able to customize it exactly like I wanted.
