I needed suggestions on what I could use for dog urine stains and odor without bleaching the carpet and your technicians were able to treat my carpet and eliminate the odor and also give me tips on maintaining it. They were professional and very sweet. Thank you.

These guys know what they're doing. Their work is always well above my expectations. I own several properties and the high traffic areas are always bad during the summer season. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle things when I'm not in town. The whole staff is helpful and honest. And the techs are professionals.

The technician took his time and explained things to me and was very honest. They were able to schedule my appointment fast and the tech was proffesional and on time. My carpet was in bad shape but he worked hard and it feels and looks so much better. I had pet odors as well and the treatment he gave removed the odor. It was a great experience.
